Technical issues with PC freezing without BSOD.
EDLK-96. Globus error: davs and root work, but all rucio uploads go through globus for pre flight checks, so it fails.
Helped Richard Schofield with psql issue (rather, tried to).
Talked to David B. about sdcss testing, some issues here.
Loaded rucio-analysis on cambridge openstack. Both LAPP sites and EULAKE-1 fail. Updated EDLK-94.
